My question…does the same rule apply at HOOTERS? Like if I go to get unlimited chicken wings on a Tuesday, and the waitress has her junk hanging all out over the table, like am I NOT supposed to look? Or are the laws <em>inside </em>Hooters different from the laws <em>outside </em>Hooters?

They are hired based on their “physique”, so if I’m staring at it, does that count as a compliment?
